Share this: Plenty of people in boxing and mixed martial arts will tell you a bout between Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor never will happen in either sport, but it appears the boxer is preparing just in case. The two fighters have been calling each other out on social media for what feels like forever, to the point where UFC president Dana White actually extended an offer to Mayweather to box McGregor. And even though Mayweather laughed at the $25 million offer, ESPN’s Darren Rovell reported that he might be getting ready to take on UFC’s lightweight champion. Floyd Mayweather, who is 49-0, might indeed fight #50 against Conor McGregor. Mayweather has already applied for five trademarks to 50-0. — Darren Rovell (@darrenrovell) January 29, 2017 McGregor

According to MLB.com, Red Sox starting left fielder Andrew Benintendi now is the top prospect in baseball, earning the No. 1 spot on its Top 100 prospects list, with Moncada coming in second. New York Yankees shortstop prospect Gleyber Torres rounded out the top three. Mohamed Sanu, Logan Ryan Texted Eyes Emojis After AFC Championship Game
Share this: FOXBORO, Mass. — Mohamed Sanu and Logan Ryan haven’t exchanged words since the Super Bowl LI matchup was decided, but they did swap emojis. Sanu and Ryan might feel like they’re back in Piscataway, N.J. next Sunday in the Super Bowl when they line up across from each other at NRG Stadium in Houston. Sanu, an Atlanta Falcons wide receiver, and Ryan, a New England Patriots cornerback, were teammates at Rutgers for three seasons and suitemates for two of those. They were recruited in the same college class as defensive backs until Sanu was forced to move from safety to receiver before his freshman season. The two practiced against each other frequently. “He won his, I won mine,” Ryan said. “I think we’ll see

Share this: When the dust settles after the New England Patriots and Atlanta Falcons square off in Super Bowl LI, someone will be both a champion and a Super Bowl MVP. With the big game approaching, we decided to have a little fun and come up with our favorite vehicles and stories associated with recent Super Bowl MVPs. Tom Brady Adds To List Of Accomplishments, Speaks Chinese In Instagram Video
Share this: As if winning four (and potentially five) Super Bowls wasn’t enough, Tom Brady had to go learn another language on us. The New England Patriots quarterback added another line to his lengthy résumé Saturday morning in the form of a social media post wishing fans a happy Chinese New Year. As usual, Brady went the extra mile, relaying his message in Chinese, which just happens to be one of the most complicated languages in the world. That’s pretty solid — and a great cameo from his daughter, Vivian, as well. Brady’s horoscope probably doesn’t include specific mentions to Super Bowl LI, but having a quarterback who can speak Chinese and dissect defenses as well as TB12 is a pretty good omen for the
