The registration period for this new campaign is open from July 15th to August 21st, 2016 and reaches an extensive audience, especially on the internet with social networks a major avenue of sharing information amongst the target audience of 12 to 20 year olds. Federations, clubs, schools, circuits and promoters are also participating in the campaign, which reaches more than 15 countries across Asia, including Australia and New Zealand....

Halfway point of the season at Albacete
In Moto3™, Lorenzo Dalla Porta arrives at Albacete full of confidence after riding well to take an excellent tenth place last weekend at the Motul TT Assen in the MotoGP™ World Championship, where he stood in for the injured Jorge Navarro (SPA-Honda). Albert Arenas (SPA-Mahindra), taking the place of the injured Jorge Martin (SPA-Mahindra), wasn't as fortunate: the Girona rider went down on the first lap of the race and suffered a hairline fracture in his left foot. In Moto3™ Production, Aleix Viu (SPA-Honda) continues as the top-ranked rider, but with Héctor Garzo (SPA-Honda) trailing him by just four points....

Dani Pedrosa: “It's been a pretty tough weekend but races like today are a lottery. In the first race it seemed that the strategy of running the soft tyre had gone well. At first, when the track was drying, I went slowly, but when it started to rain I upped my pace very quickly while others were at a disadvantage. However, that was when the Race Direction decided to stop the race. I felt unlucky, because it turned out that thinking ahead or trying to pick a different strategy wasn’t beneficial. Bastianini: “Now we are competitive”
Thanks to a well-timed flying lap, Enea Bastianini (Gresini Racing Moto3) will start from pole position for the first time in 2016. This is the first time the Italian has taken back-to-back poles at a circuit, starting the 2015 Dutch GP from pole as well. In 2015 his pole came thanks to a 1’41.283, in 2016 a 1’42.463 was enough due to the conditions. If it remains dry Bastianini is confident he can battle for victory thanks to more stability through the fast sections on track, but if the rain comes he believes it will be a much closer battle....

Sebastian Risse (Technical Director Onroad): “Mugello is a very special circuit that tested the bike in completely different ways. Naturally we had an eye on things like the straight and the top speed, which have a big influence. Anyway this circuit is made up of many corners. Some of what we previously tried at other circuits worked, on the other hand, many things did not, so we confirmed some of them, but now we have other aims. Álvaro Bautista: «Assen es un circuito muy particular en el que la primera sección, lenta, se complementa con las curvas rápidas y cambios de dirección de la segunda. Siempre es difícil encontrar los reglajes que te permitan rodar rápido en ambas situaciones. Después de nuestra actuación en Barcelona, donde trabajamos muy bien, esperamos estar al mismo nivel de nuevo; incluso mejorando en términos de vuelta rápida durante los entrenamientos clasificatorios. Será otra vez un circuito nuevo para la RS-GP, así que tenemos que seguir trabajando con nuestro principal objetivo, es decir, acabar entre los diez primeros»....
