After missing seven games with a lingering knee injury, Horford returned to action Sunday and logged 19 minutes in the Celtics’ win over the Charlotte Hornets. Steelers’ JuJu Smith-Schuster Apologizes For Game-Ending Fumble Vs. Saints
The Pittsburgh Steelers are in danger of missing the playoffs after their loss to the New Orleans Saints on Sunday, and JuJu Smith-Schuster is putting the blame on himself. Pittsburgh had the ball and was down 31-28 with 1:25 remaining in the game and tried to get into field goal range. Smith-Schuster was hit and fumbled on the Saints’ 34-yard-line. Patriots WR Julian Edelman Rounding Into Form At Perfect Time
Julian Edelman is hitting his stride, and the timing couldn’t be better. The New England Patriots wide receiver caught six passes for 70 yards and a touchdown in the Pats’ 24-12 Week 16 win over the Buffalo Bills on Sunday. With Josh Gordon suspended indefinitely, Tom Brady will need to rely on Edelman even more now. Sunday’s performance, and some other recent showings, are proving that Edelman certainly can continue be leaned on going forward. After spending over a month as a spectator, Patrice Bergeron was back at it with the Boston Bruins on Saturday afternoon. Bergeron was sensational in his return from injury, scoring two goals and dishing out two assists in the Bruins’ 5-2 win over the Nashville Predators at TD Garden.
