Ex-NFL Running Back Joseph Randle Arrested For Failure To Appear In Court

WICHITA, Kan. — A former Dallas Cowboys running back has been arrested in his Kansas hometown for failure to appear in court. Sedgwick County Jail records indicate 24-year-old Joseph Randle of Wichita was booked at 1:44 a.m. on Sunday. Bond is set at $ 150,000. Randle was charged Feb. 22 with four counts of aggravated battery and other charges after police say he backed his car into three people the previous day while leaving a party. Police say he later returned to the Wichita home he’d been asked to leave and forced his way inside. A judge rejected his request to reduce his $ 100,000 bond because Randle hadn’t hired an

Donald Trump’s Walkoff Single Won 1964 Prep School Championship

Long before it was all about him, Donald Trump helped his baseball team win something. Citing longtime New York Military Academy coach Ted Dobias, The New York Times’ Victor Mather reported Thursday on the story of Trump’s game-winning hit in the 1964 Prep School Championship. “The score was 4-4 with runners on second and third,” Mather wrote. “In a pressure-packed situation, the batter delivered a hit to right-center to win the game. “That batter? Jordan Henderson: Liverpool ‘Channeled Anger’ In Man City Revenge Mission

Jordan Henderson says he and his Liverpool teammates “channeled the anger” from their Capital One Cup final defeat to comfortably beat Manchester City at Anfield in Wednesday’s rematch. Goals from Adam Lallana, James Milner and Roberto Firmino put Manuel Pellegrini’s team to the sword just days after they had emerged victorious from the showpiece meeting at Wembley Stadium. Henderson, who captained the Reds on both occasions, has revealed that motivation was not an issue for Jurgen Klopp’s squad in the aftermath of their penalty shootout disappointment in the capital. “We definitely channeled the anger,” he told Liverpoolfc.com aft...

Flo Rida Wants To Rename Slang Term ‘Crunk’ After Rob Gronkowski

Rob Gronkowski isn’t just a football icon anymore. After the New England Patriots tight end’s legendary party cruise last month, Grammy-nominated hip hop artist Flo Rida realized the All-Pro is much, much more. In an interview with 103.3 AMP radio in Boston, Flo Rida suggested the word “crunk” be changed to “Gronk.” “Gronk and his family definitely know how to party,” Flo Rida said in an interview with AMP. “It was like three days of nonstop partying visiting some of the islands on the Bahamas. They say let’s get ‘crunk,’ (but) I think it should be let’s get ‘Gronk.'” For those unaware, “crunk” is a slang term th...

High School Basketball Team’s Early Celebration Leads To State Title Loss (Video)

Some of the hardest, most important lessons are learned in high school, some of our most transitive years. Just ask Burrillville High School, who learned the hard life lesson that you don’t celebrate until you’ve actually won something. The Broncos thought they had won a Rhode Island state championship in basketball, and one BHS player celebrated in kind. The only problem, of course, was that time hadn’t actually expired. The premature celebration was, just that, premature. The referees added time back on the clock after ruling Chariho High School had retrieved the ball thrown in the air as part of Burrillville’s celebration and called timeout...
