Englewood armed robbers goal supply drivers: Chicago


Police are warning supply drivers after a few armed robberies had been reported final week in Englewood on the South Side.

In each instances, the drivers had been delivering an order once they had been approached by one or two suspects who introduced a theft, Chicago police stated in a group alert. The suspects had been armed in every case.

A theft occurred about midnight Nov. 7 within the 5600 block of South Emerald Avenue, police stated. Another befell Nov. eight in the identical block.

The suspects had been described as 16 to 18-year-old males, standing 5-foot-6 and weighing 140 to 160 kilos, police stated.
