Police are warning residents after a number of storage burglaries have been reported this month in Brighton Park on the Southwest Side.
In every case, somebody broke into garages and took property from inside, Chicago police mentioned in a group alert
The burglaries occurred:
• At 1:55 a.m. Aug. four within the 4500 block of South Richmond Street
• At 9:30 p.m. Aug. 12 within the 4500 block of South Washtenaw Avenue
• Between 5 a.m. and 6 p.m. Aug. 21 within the 4500 block of South Whipple Street
An outline of any suspects wasn’t accessible.
Anyone with details about the burglaries is requested to name Area Central detectives at 312-747-8382.
