Garfield Ridge: Man fatally shot in domestic-related


An off-duty Chicago police officer was once allegedly occupied with a home taking pictures that left a person in his 20s useless Wednesday at the Southwest Side.

The guy was once killed in a taking pictures about 1:50 a.m. at a house within the 5600 block of South Nottingham Avenue within the Garfield Ridge group, in step with a remark from Chicago police.

The guy, 23, “was fatally shot in a residence by the homeowner during a physical altercation,” and was once pronounced useless on the scene, police stated. Detectives have been investigating the taking pictures as “domestic-related.”

An off-duty Chicago police officer was once concerned within the incident, in step with a legislation enforcement supply . It was once unclear if the officer was once the landlord of the house, or if the officer was once in custody.
