Gresham: Residential burglaries reported in January, Chicago


Chicago police are warning of three residential burglaries reported in January in Gresham on the South Side.

In every incident, somebody breaks into residences by means of an opened window or facet door, Chicago police mentioned in a neighborhood alert. Once inside they stole car keys, then the car and in a single incident they stole pictures tools.

The burglaries occurred:

Between 10 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. Jan. 7, within the 7500 block of South Damen Avenue; Between 2 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. Jan. 14, within the 7700 block of South Damen Avenue; and Between Four a.m. and 5 p.m. Jan 14, within the 7600 block of South Damen Avenue.
