The 57-year-old was once crossing the road with a feminine about 8:55 p.m. within the 2400 block of West Congress Parkway when he was once hit by means of a black Jeep, Chicago police mentioned.
The guy was once pronounced lifeless at the scene, whilst the Jeep fled east on Congress, police mentioned.
The Chicago Police Department’s Major Accidents Unit is investigating.
