A 30-year-old man reported lacking final week was final seen close to Navy Pier.
Oluwafemi “Arthur” Labinjo was final seen about 5 p.m. July 27 hopping throughout a group of boats on Lake Michigan often known as the “Playpen” close to Navy Pier, Chicago police stated in an alert. He was final seen sporting pink shorts with inexperienced trim.
He frequents the world of Madison Street Neat Leavitt Street, police stated.
Labinjo is 5-foot-11, 199 kilos and has a number of tattoos together with a lion head on his chest, Chinese letters on each triceps, a cross on his bicep and “FEMI” on the within of his left arm, based on police.
