Chicago police have been seen strolling down the block knocking on doorways, looking for details about a person who was killed Tuesday in Morgan Park on the Far South Side.

About 12:37 a.m. a 26-year-old man was sitting on the porch of a residence within the 1000 block of West 115th Street when an unknown individual fired photographs from throughout the road, putting him a number of occasions within the chest, Chicago police stated. The man was pronounced lifeless on the scene.
