A person was shot within the throat Friday within the South Chicago neighborhood.
The 26-year-old claimed he was shot by somebody he knew about 10:35 p.m. within the 8100 bock of South Muskegon Avenue, Chicago police mentioned.
He was taken to the University of Chicago Medical Center in severe situation, police mentioned. The man was unable to say extra in regards to the shooter, and witnesses on the scene had been uncooperative with investigators, police mentioned.
