A person with dementia has been reported lacking from the Northwest Side.
Victor Macatangay, 77, was final seen July four within the 5000 block of North Mobile Avenue within the Jefferson Park neighborhood, Chicago police stated.
He has dementia and could also be driving a black Toyota Rav four with the license plate quantity VMH408, police stated.
