Chicago police fatally shot an armed man Tuesday whereas mistakenly executing an arrest warrant on the improper particular person in South Chicago.
The man, a brother of a person wished in a May 14 homicide in Roseland, allegedly pulled out a gun throughout the arrest, police stated.
