Phil Kessel’s Grandmother Can Party, Chugs Champagne From Stanley Cup

Phil Kessel’s grandmother should immediately vault to the top of every single guest list.

Kessel brought the Stanley Cup to his hometown of Madison, Wisc., last weekend, at which point the Pittsburgh Penguins winger celebrated with family and friends. Granny Kessel stole the show, however, by chugging champagne from Lord Stanley.

There’s just so much awesomeness in the video above, which Kessel’s aunt posted to Instagram. Not only was Kessel’s grandmother so nonchalant while drinking from the most coveted trophy in sports, but she also capped her party antics with a “no big deal” hand gesture.

Rock on, Granny.
