CHICAGO — A pigeon apparently didn’t assume a lot of a lawmaker’s concepts to handle a messy scenario at a Chicago Transit Authority cease recognized by some as “pigeon poop station.”
WBBM-TV studies that one of many birds did its enterprise on the pinnacle of Democratic state Rep. Jaime Andrade as he was discussing the issue with a reporter outdoors of the Irving Park Blue Line station.
During the interview, Andrade rubbed the highest of his head and mentioned, “I think they just got me.” They did.
The sidewalks outdoors of the station are lined in chook waste and feathers.
Andrade has been attempting to repair the issue. One of his concepts is to ask the CTA to put in a hose line for energy washing when it constructs new escalators on the cease.
