Two teenage boys are accused of carjacking a 65-year-old girl at gunpoint Tuesday in Rogers Park at the North Side.
The boys, 13 and 15, allegedly threatened the lady with a gun and took her car about 3:50 p.m. after she parked within the 1200 block of West Farwell Avenue, Chicago police mentioned. They had been arrested not up to part an hour later within the 4700 block of North Racine Avenue.
Both had been charged with one criminal rely every of irritated vehicular hijacking and irritated vehicular hijacking with a firearm, police mentioned. They have now not been named as a result of they’re minors.
The boys are each due in bond courtroom Wednesday.
