Salvation Army receives second gold coin in Chicago space


The Salvation Army acquired its second gold coin of the season within the Chicago space final week in west suburban Geneva.

The one-ounce 1996 gold eagle coin was dropped on the pink kettle by an nameless donor Nov. 22 on the Starbucks positioned at 229 West State Street, in line with an announcement from the Salvation Army.
