The high esteem J.J. Watt’s peers have for him is puzzling. The Houston Texans defensive end is ranked 35th on the NFL Network’s “Top 100” players list in 2017. But he ripped the annual list Monday, telling his Twitter followers they shouldn’t read too much into the pecking order. Watt spent most of the 2016 season on injured reserve due to a back injury. However, He was No. 3 on the 2016 Top 100 and No. 1 in 2015. The players whose votes determine “Top 100” rankings obviously didn’t forget the impact Watt can make on the field. Even if his previous standings seem to have slipped his mind.

Tesla’s Worker Injury Rate Drastically Higher Than Industry Average In 2015
Share this: Automotive and technology enthusiasts likely would jump at the chance to work for a company as progressive as Tesla. That jump, though, could end in a painful fall. The injury rate for Tesla workers at the company’s manufacturing plant in 2015 was 31 percent higher than the industry average, according to a report published Wednesday by Worksafe, a California-based organization that strives to eliminate hazards in the workplace. Moreover, the rate of serious injuries — those resulting in days off from work or restricted duty — was nearly double the industry average in 2015. Overall, the report says Tesla saw 8.8 injuries per 100 workers in 2015, with the industry average being 6.7. For serious injuries, Tesla’s rate was 7.9, compared to 3.9
Aaron Hernandez Pleaded For New Cellmates In Revealing Letters To Prison Officia…
Share this: Five recently-released letters are giving us a closer look at Aaron Hernandez’s life in prison. The letters, obtained by The Boston Globe and authenticated by state officials, show the former New England Patriots tight end pleaded with prison officials to be assigned new cellmates and moved to a different part of the prison. In a letter dated June 12, 2015, Hernandez requested to a move in with an inmate whom he calls his “heart” and is “like a real brother to me.” He even asked to “celly up,” with the inmate — whose name is redacted — and added that “we both want to.” “So, please make this happen and I even prefer to move in with (redacted),” Hernandez wrote, via the
Benfica make it four in a row in Portugal
How they won itLast summer there were doubts about how Benfica would cope after losing midfielders Nicolás Gaitán to Atlético Madrid and Renato Sanches to Bayern, but reassurance came quickly – Jonas, Pizzi and new boy Franco Cervi scoring in a 3-0 Portuguese Super Cup win against Braga. Rui Vitória's men didn't quite hit the same heights as 2015/16, but took top spot in the fifth round of games and never looked back. Midfielder Pizzi, 27, was the star man, playing all 33 Liga matches so far, scoring ten goals in the process. Key number: 18This title triumph was Benfica captain Luisão's 18th honou... Way More Patriots Chose To Visit President Obama Than President Trump
Share this: Since President Donald Trump took office in January, there has been a host of comparisons between him and his predecessor, Barack Obama. And there was another opportunity for that Wednesday when the New England Patriots visited President Trump to celebrate their Super Bowl LI victory over the Atlanta Falcons. The Patriots, of course, have been to a few championship celebrations at the White House with their last visit coming in 2015 after their victory over the Seattle Seahawks in Super Bowl XLIX. Much of the focus in the lead up to the Patriots’ visit to the White House has been on the players that chose not to attend, including quarterback Tom Brady. And their absence definitely was recognizable when compared to the number

Rob Gronkowski, Camille Kostek Reportedly ‘Had a Fling’ But No Longer Are Dating
Share this: So what the heck is going on between former New England Patriots cheerleader Camille Kostek and tight end Rob Gronkowski? The two have been linked romantically since 2015, and while Gronk brought a mystery date to last year’s Oscars, Kostek later said they still were together. But a TMZ Sports’ report Wednesday shed some new light on their relationship — or lack thereof. Multiple sources close to the injured tight end told TMZ Sports they’re “100 percent not dating, period.” “We’re told Rob and Camille “had a fling” a while back — but it was never anything official and Gronk has moved on,” TMZ Sports wrote. That’s odd, especially considering Kostek was introduced as Gronk’s girlfriend on Barstool Sports’ Super Bowl show, according to TMZ Sports. And
