The Celtics used a big second quarter and a fourth-quarter surge to create some separation between themselves and the Detroit Pistons, ultimately winning Friday’s game at Little Caesars Arena 110-98. With the win, Boston snapped its three-game losing streak that they took into the All-Star break, and the victory certainly felt like a refreshing change of pace after the ugly skid.
