Share this: Drew Pomeranz was by no means lights out Wednesday against the New York Yankees, but he did have one of his better outings in a Boston Red Sox uniform. Pomeranz lasted 5 1/3 innings in Wednesday’s 9-4 loss to the New York Yankees at Fenway Park, but the Boston Red Sox left-hander only allowed one earned run on six hits with five strikeouts.
