"The situation is that, when we agreed with Casey to come back to Ducati as a test rider and brand ambassador, we had a 2 +1 – a 3 year deal – that is expiring at the end of 2018, so we, as you may know, we met Casey during World Ducati week at Misano and we spoke a bit about the future," explains Ciabatti. "He’s still recovering to the surgery to his shoulder and he still cannot really move his shoulder up more that 90 degrees, so it was quite a comprehensive surgery and he’s still rehabilitating from that. So we decided we would touch base again later, in September, and see what the progress is with the shoulder to

Folger on the 2017 German GP, Moto2™ testing and the future
“In Brno I was riding with Alex Marquez, he was on the Honda and I was on the Triumph. The lines are really different, with the Triumph you have to be more on the MotoGP line. You enter straighter, you have a bit less corner speed and you exit tighter. You’re able to do it because the Triumph has more torque, and you can play a bit more with the electronics. It will make the gap between Moto2 and MotoGP smaller for sure. And the teams have more options to play with the bike, it will be more interesting on the technical side and on the rider side, because you’re closer to a MotoGP bike and the preparation for riders
Forward Racing switch to Suter for the future
“I'm very happy to work again with Suter Industries, which were already a vital part at the beginning of our Moto2 experience,” says Team Principal Giovanni Cuzari. “This is a return to the origins; looking back to the past I see not only the same bike supplier but also Milena Koerner, who started the Moto2 experience with us. I still have very good memories of these years, the start of everything, a period of hard work that has rewarded us with fantastic results. During my latest visit to the headquarters, 7 years after my last trip to Turbenthal, I saw great progress and a lot of investments made by this company and I think that Suter Industries is the only

Mike Tomlin Has Cryptic Response About Martavis Bryant’s Future With Steelers
It doesn’t seem like Martavis Bryant and the Pittsburgh Steelers are anywhere close to mending fences. The fourth-year wide receiver has been frustrated with his role in the Steelers’ offense this season and reportedly requested a trade out of Pittsburgh. Bryant’s reported trade request apparently didn’t go over too well with the Steelers, as he was benched for the team’s “Sunday Night Football” game against the Detroit Lions. Following Pittsburgh’s 20-15 win, head coach Mike Tomlin wasn’t very interested in divulging into Bryant’s inactivity and also wasn’t willing to commit to the 25-year-old being in the Steelers’ plans mov... Sauber F1 Axes Honda Deal; McLaren Again Will Be Only Honda Customer
Share this: Honda’s plans to supply power units to a second Formula One team in 2018 have fallen through. Sauber F1 Team has terminated its deal with Honda, which was set to begin after the conclusion of the 2017 season, it announced Thursday. “It is very unfortunate that we have to discontinue the planned collaboration with Honda at this stage,” Sauber team principal Frederic Vasseur said in a statement. “However, this decision has been made for strategic reasons, and with the best intent for the future of the Sauber F1 Team in mind.” The team has been rumored to be considering ending its relationship with Honda for roughly a month. Sauber reached its agreement with Honda under the leadership of then team-principal Monisha Kaltenborn. Vasseur,
