Liverpool has offered Danish teenager Michael Zacho a second trial. Zacho, currently with AGF Aarhus in Denmark's top division, spent last week on trial with the club and the 14-year-old's impressive showing has earned him another trial opportunity, according to Sky Sports. Not only has Zacho enjoyed his time on Merseyside, but AGF sports director Brian Steen Nielsen has also spoken glowingly of the club. "It has been a great experience, not just for Michael, but also for me," Nielsen told Aarhus's official website. "Liverpool have been very professional throughout, but still down to earth. It has been exciting to see how Liverpool run their academy."
Liverpool owner hurt in boat accident – report
Liverpool owner John Henry was taken to hospital after an accident on his yacht, according to reports out of the United States. WBZ NewsRadio 1030 said that the tycoon, who also owns the Boston Red Sox, left his private boat in a neck brace after a minor incident. The report added that the 52-year-old was taken to a nearby hospital by ambulance. There is yet to be an official comment from Liverpool or the Red Sox on the matter.

Peter Lim, a Singapore billionaire, is offering £320m in cash for Liverpool football club and its liabilities. The offer trumps the £300m offered by New England Sports Ventures (NESV) which was accepted last week by Liverpool's chairman, Martin Broughton.
