Much stiffer tests await but Federer struck the ball well in a swift 6-3 6-2 6-1 victory over Argentina's Berlocq on Arthur Ashe. His final match before the tournament was a quarter-final

Nadal prepared to step aside for Davis Cup semi

Rafa Nadal is ready to make way for a teammate for this week's Davis Cup semifinal against France if captain Albert Costa feels the world No 2 is not properly prepared. Nadal lost a gruelling US Open final to No 1 Novak Djokovic on Monday before flying straight back to Spain to join teammates David Ferrer, Fernando Verdasco and Feliciano Lopez for the September 16-18 world group clash on clay in Cordoba. WIMBLEDON, England (AP)—From 1983 to 2003, the world’s top two players never met each other in the Wimbledon men’s final. It’s about to happen for the seventh time in eight years—with a couple of twists. As of Monday, Djokovic will move up to No. 1, and Nadal will slide down to No. 2,

Rafaal Nadal Visits Disney Land

...in Europe. Rafael Nadal visited Euro Disney Land to celebrate the holiday season they are preparing for.  He seems super happy and totally jovial about getting ready to celebrate the winter.  Just look at his face.  Stare deep into his eyes, but remember: this is Euro Disney Land in Paris.  This isn't the American version that you probably know and love, but rather the RIP OFF one that Europeans are using to try and destroy our great country and its tennis legacy.
