Share this: The Boston Celtics made an effort to land a star before Thursday’s NBA trade deadline, but they couldn’t find a deal to their liking. In the end, the C’s made no trades at all. ESPN.com’s Zach Lowe wrote an excellent piece outlining Boston’s deadline action, including its pursuit of Chicago Bulls star forward Jimmy Butler. “Butler was more obtainable for Boston, and the two sides exchanged a bunch of proposals,” Lowe writes. “The particulars are hard to pin down, but suffice it to say this: Boston could not find a package that left both its present and its future in a place that felt comfortable. Tuukka Rask To Start 12th Straight Game Saturday Vs. Maple Leafs
Share this: The Boston Bruins have gotten their money’s worth with goalie Tuukka Rask this season. NFLPA Won’t Pursue Deflategate Appeals After Consulting With Tom Brady

But the NFLPA tweeted Sunday shortly before Brady’s suspension expired at midnight that it is done after talking with Brady. After consultation with Tom Brady and our appellate counsel, we have decided to not pursue additional appeals in this matter. — NFLPA (@NFLPA) October 3, 2016 So there you have it, folks: Deflategate is history. And now it’s on to Cleveland, with TB12 ready to awaken. Thumbnail photo via Noah K. Murray/USA TODAY Sports

Lorenzo, who was at one stage out of the points-scoring positions, also started to see his laptimes drop dramatically as the rear tyre choice began to pay off, and moved back up into the top ten on an
