This week, former iRacing NASCAR Peak Antifreeze Series champion Tyler Hudson shows you the ins and outs of a lap at Talladega Superspeedway. At 2.66 miles, Talladega Superspeedway is the largest track on the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series. The famous oval in Alabama often provides chaotic, action-packed restrictor-plate racing, with drivers regularly going three-wide, and sometimes even four-wide. All bets are off when the green flag waves at tracks such as Talladega and Daytona International Speedway, but that doesn’t mean there aren’t ways for drivers to find advantages. Binder undergoes successful surgery

Dr Xavier Mir: "Today we operated on Brad Binder, who had suffered a loosening of the plate on his left forearm. The operation consisted of three phases: The first, removing the old plate, which had lost the pronator axis. Secondly, we placed a new plate with the correct axis of the radius, so that it could do twisting movements; Finally, a graft removed from his arm to wrap around the old fracture and ensure that the bone heals as soon as possible. He will remain in hospital for between 24 and 48 hours and we believe that he will be able to begin recovery exercises in three weeks." Source link

Donaldson led off the bottom of the 10th inning with a double. Rangers reliever Matt Bush then intentionally walked Edwin Encarnacion and struck out Jose Bautista, bringing up Russell Martin with runners at first and

How Has Mookie Betts Transformed Into An MVP Candidate? Chili Davis Explains

Share this: When Mookie Betts left the batting cage Friday afternoon, he was sure it wasn’t going to be a good night at the plate, according to Boston Red Sox hitting coach Chili Davis. Hours later following a 5-for-5 performance, we all had a friendly reminder of why Betts has catapulted himself into the forefront of the conversation to win the American League MVP award. As Davis explains to NESN’s Guerin Austin, as seen in the video from “Red Sox First Pitch” above, baseball is a game with highs and lows, but Betts is so successful because he never lets those lows drop too far or out of control.
