F1 Live Stream: Watch 2017 Chinese GP Online
Share this: With one race under their belts, Formula One teams hope to have a better understanding of how to get the most out of their cars when they take to the track for Sunday’s Chinese Grand Prix. Scuderia Ferrari emerged from the season opener in Melbourne, Australia, victorious, with Sebastian Vettel beating Mercedes-AMG Petronas drivers Lewis Hamilton and Valtteri Bottas to the top step of the podium. While both teams showed similar pace throughout the weekend, it was Ferrari’s Kimi Raikkonen who recorded the fastest lap of the race, despite finishing off the podium. Mercedes will look to bounce back with a win at Shanghai International Circuit, though it will have its work cut out for it, as Ferrari seemingly isn’t going to make large strategic mistakes
Dale Earnhardt Jr. Was In No Mood To Talk To Ryan Blaney After Wrecking
Share this: Dale Earnhardt Jr. hasn’t had a great start to the 2017 NASCAR season, something his run-in with Ryan Blaney during Sunday’s STP 500 did nothing to help. Apparently Blaney wants to bury the hatchet, but Earnhardt still is a little salty. Blaney, a friend of Earnhardt’s, attempted to call the Hendrick Motorsports driver following Sunday’s race. Earnhardt, though, gave Blaney the stiff arm, and wants the world to know about it. Ouch. At least Blaney has a new high-profile buddy in Los Angeles Angels outfielder Mike Trout to lean on for support, though. The incident that has Earnhardt so standoffish occurred late in Stage 1 at Martinsville Speedway. Earnhardt and his No. 88 Chevrolet appeared to get loose, eventually spinning out after Blaney’s No.
Redding starts up 2017 in seventh
SR45, P7: “I’m really happy. I had a good race especially after the difficulties of the warm up. I got off a good start but I had to close the throttle due to Zarco’s dangerous move which cost me a lot. In the second part of the race I was lapping well even though I was not able to take the first Independent award. I would have been happy to make the Top 10 so this is a good result and I want thank the team for the work done and for always believing in me. See you in Argentina!” Source link
Berkshire Bank Hockey Night In New England: Projected Bruins-Leafs Lines, Pairin…
Share this: Monday night’s game between the Bruins and Leafs in Toronto is a pivotal one in the Eastern Conference playoff race. Boston enters the day three points above Toronto for third place in the Atlantic Division, and a victory for the B’s would give them a nice five-point edge over the Leafs and the Tampa Bay Lightning in the race for the division’s final playoff berth. Tuukka Rask will be between the pipes for the Bruins, but he’s struggled versus the Leafs this season with an 0-1-0 record, a 4.69 goals against average and a .788 save percentage. The Bruins will need Rask to perform much better than he did Thursday against the Edmonton Oilers, when he allowed five goals on 17 shots in
Matt Kenseth’s Car Hits Wall Hard During NASCAR Race At Phoenix Raceway
The track temperature at Phoenix International Raceway on Sunday was a big test of tire management, which Matt Kenseth didn’t pass. Kenseth hit the wall on Lap 192 of the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series Camping World 500 after his front right tire failed in the middle of Turn 2. The Joe Gibbs Racing driver reportedly was complaining his car was tight throughout most of the race, and attempted to correct that by making a track-bar adjustment on his second pit stop. The problem likley caused too much wear on the front right, though, as it finally gave out once Kenseth put it under heavy load. Thumbnail photo via Jasen Vinlove/USA TODA... NESN.com
Folger and Zarco impress in #QatarTest
Johann Zarco, P9: "The final day of the test went really well for me and I am excited about returning to the track soon for the start of my rookie season in the premier class. Today I completed a race simulation, which was important because it allowed me to gain valuable knowledge about how the bike’s behaviour changes over 22 laps. Even though I may not have been super fast, the experience was the most significant thing and I was consistent with my times also. My confidence improved throughout the three days, which I am really happy about, and today I made the most of the soft tyre by setting a solid lap time and ending up in a good
