The UEFA European Under-17 Championship qualifying round starts on 27 September as the road to May's finals in the Republic of Ireland – and the 2019 FIFA U-17 World Cup in Peru – begins.In all, 52 of the entrants will compete in mini-tournaments held before 2 November, with top seeds England and Germany given byes to the elite round and hosts Bulgaria already in May's finals. Among those in action on the first day of qualifying are the Netherlands, who beat Italy in last May's finals in England.

Alex Cora, Red Sox Have Followed Consistent Plan In Dominant 2018 Season
The Boston Red Sox have been dialed in all season long. Alex Cora’s club has strung together win after win since the season began in late March, and the Sox locked down win No. 100 on Wednesday with a 1-0 victory over the Toronto Blue Jays. After the win, the Red Sox manager noted that something clicked when the group first came together in Fort Myers, Fla., for spring training and they have been dedicated to being consistent each and every day. David Price Gets Ball As Red Sox Look For Season Sweep of Marlins
The Boston Red Sox back in the win column Tuesday and it’ll be up to David Price to keep the momentum rolling. Boston will send the left-hander to the mound Wednesday to close its quick two-game series against the Miami Marlins at Fenway Park. The Sox snapped their three-game losing streak with a wild 8-7 walk-off win Tuesday in the series opener. Price has been nothing short of dominant of late, posting a 4-0 record with a 1.09 ERA in six starts since the Major League Baseball All-Star break.
