Texans Defensive End J.J. Watt Takes First Steps Since Leg Injury

The injury bug has bitten the Houston Texans pretty hard this season, but things are beginning to look up. Injuries to defensive end J.J. Watt and quarterback DeShaun Watson have derailed this season for the 4-7 Texans. But moving forward to 2018, Watt took a big step forward Tuesday. Literally. The four-time Pro-Bowler posted a video of him taking his first steps on a treadmill since the injury. He shared the video in an Instagram story. While there’s obviously no chance he returns this season, to see him rehabbing it and moving around — even if just a little bit — must be encouraging to the Texans, especially given how devastating the ... Hyundai’s luxury brand has only been around since 2015, but Genesis isn’t wasting any time taking on model that serves as a benchmark for all premium sports sedans. Bruins Notes: Riley Nash Takes Heat For Controversial Overtime Penalty In Game 3

The penalty that resulted in Ottawa’s overtime power play drew plenty of criticism. B’s forward Riley Nash was hit along the boards, went to retaliate and was the only player sent to the penalty box. Ichiro Suzuki Has Hilarious Response To Question About When He’ll Retire

Share this: Ichiro Suzuki is headed into his 17th season in Major League Baseball, but he’s not planning on retiring anytime soon. The Miami Marlins outfielder is 43 years old and is the second-oldest player in the league after Atlanta Braves pitcher Bartolo Colon, who only has a few months on Ichiro. In fact, Ichiro is so crazy about baseball that he doesn’t even take vacations. Here’s an excerpt from Spencer: The last time he took one — 2004 or ’05, he doesn’t recall which — was a week-long trip to Milan, Italy.

Notre Dame’s Torii Hunter Jr. Takes Bad Hit, Goes Limp As Dad Watches On

Well this was a scary hit. Notre Dame senior wide receiver Torii Hunter Jr. took a hard hit to the head in the end zone during the third quarter of Sunday night’s Fighting Irish vs. Texas Longhorns matchup. Hunter Jr., the son of former MLB All-Star Torii Hunter, initially caught the pass which would have been a go-ahead touchdown, but dropped the ball after taking the two hard hits. He appeared to go limp afterward, causing concern, but moved his extremities while on the ground and eventually walked off under his own power. He was being evaluated in the locker room when Hunter Sr. and his family joined him there. Hunter
