A person has been reported lacking from East Garfield Park on the West Side. Charles Almond, 81, was final seen Sunday close to the 2800 block of West Washington Boulevard, in accordance with a lacking individuals report from Chicago police. Almond is described as 6 ft, 150 kilos with brown eyes, black hair and a medium complexion, police stated. He was final seen carrying a black polo shirt, gray denims and white sock with out sneakers.
