Charles Almond, 81, was final seen Sunday close to the 2800 block of West Washington Boulevard, in accordance with a lacking individuals report from Chicago police. Almond is described as 6 ft, 150 kilos with brown eyes, black hair and a medium complexion, police stated. He was final seen carrying a black polo shirt, gray denims and white sock with out sneakers.
