A girl was wounded in a capturing Friday in Avalon Park on the South Side.
The 58-year-old was shot in her decrease aspect about 12:40 p.m. within the 7900 block of South Avalon Avenue, Chicago police stated.
She was taken to the University of Chicago Medical Center, the place her situation was stabilized, police stated.
Two suspects, a male and a feminine, have been stated to have run off after the capturing, police stated.
