NFL Rumors: Colin Kaepernick Files Grievance Against NFL Owners For Collusion
Colin Kaepernick still hasn’t found a job in the NFL, and the quarterback reportedly is about to take action. Bleacher Report’s Mike Freeman reported Sunday that Kaepernick has filed a grievance against the NFL owners for colluding to keep him out of the league. Freeman also reported that a statement from Kaepernick should be released soon. This, of course, would be a big development, as it has been assumed by many that Kaepernick is being blackballed by the league due to his protest during the national anthem last season. Heath Evans, like many Auburn fans and alumni, was disgusted with the Tigers’ performance against LSU on Saturday. The former Auburn fullback, though, seems to be directing much of his frustration at one person in particular: head coach Gus Malzahn. No. 10 Auburn got up 20-0 in the second quarter against LSU, but eventually collapsed and fell 27-23 in Baton Rouge, La. The Chicago Cubs earned a trip to their third straight National League Championship Series on Thursday, but it wasn’t without controversy. The Cubs beat the Washington Nationals in Game 5 of their NL Division Series, squeaking by in a hard-fought contest with a 9-8 win. But one call made in the fifth inning and another in the eighth could have changed the outcome of the one-run game. David Harris’ Time With Patriots Has Been ‘Amazing’ Despite Reduced Role
FOXBORO, Mass. — Former New York Jets linebacker David Harris has played just seven defensive snaps with the New England Patriots this season, leading many to understandably wonder why he’s still on the team.
