Hanley Ramirez Hits Second Home Run Of Game Vs. Yankees, Continues To Rake

BOSTON — Stop us if you’ve heard this story before, but Hanley Ramirez hit another home run.

The Red Sox first baseman, who’s been going yard at an insane rate, hit a three-run blast in the fifth inning of Sunday’s game against the New York Yankees, but that apparently wasn’t enough for him. Ramirez hit a second home run, a solo shot that cleared the Green Monster, off Yankees reliever Tyler Clippard in the seventh.

Ramirez now has 28 home runs this season, including 12 in his last 21 games. He hit four against the Yankees in this series alone.
