Clayton Kershaw was going toe-to-toe with Mets’ ace Jacob deGrom during Game 1 of the teams’ National League Division Series on Friday, but that all changed when Daniel Murphy stepped into the batter’s box in the fourth inning.
The Mets second baseman absolutely crushed a home run to right field off of Kershaw, giving the Mets a 1-0 lead at the time.
