It Doesn’t Sound Like Chris Sale Will Be On Twitter, Social Media Any Time Soon

If you want to interact with Chris Sale next season, you’re going to have to do it at Fenway Park. The Boston Red Sox ace spoke to the media after joining the team via trade on Dec. 6, but of course not everything Sale said made it into the mainstream. So when The Boston Globe’s Pete Abraham published some of the more interesting tidbits, Sale’s answer about his social media presence stood out. “Not me, man,” Sale said. “I don’t do any of it. You won’t see me doing that. I stay off Twitter. If there is something I need to know, somebody will tell me.” Sale wouldn’t be the first Red

Report: Heat Forward Chris Bosh Dealing With Potential Blood-Clot Scare

MIAMI — A person with knowledge of the situation says Chris Bosh of the Miami Heat is dealing with another blood-clot scare and will meet with doctors this week with hopes of finding a way to continue playing this season. Bosh will spend “the next few days” reviewing his options, said the person, who spoke to The Associated Press on Monday on condition of anonymity because the Heat has not revealed the matter publicly. It’s a very similar situation to what Bosh faced over the All-Star break a year ago, when a blood clot was found on his lung and sidelined him for the rest of the season. The difference in this case

Jerry Jones, Chris Christie Share Awkward Celebratory Group Hug (GIF)

Things got super awkward in Jerry Jones’ box at AT&T Stadium on Sunday. After the Dallas Cowboys defeated the Detroit Lions 24-20 in their NFC wild-card round matchup, the team’s owner was obviously ecstatic. And from that excitement, one of the most awkward group hugs of all time was born, thanks to New Jersey Governor Chris Christie. Christie, a lifelong Cowboys fan, enjoyed the game with Jones from the owner’s VIP box. When Dallas won, Christie joined in on a hug between Jones and his son, Stephen Jones, and needless to say, it was uncomfortable. We apologize if you have trouble erasing that image from your memory. Luckily, their divisional round game will be against the Green Bay

Bruins’ Loui Eriksson Should Remain On Line With Carl Soderberg, Chris Kelly

BOSTON — Loui Eriksson was the top candidate to replace Jarome Iginla at right wing on the Bruins’ first line to start the season, but that plan was put on hold when veteran center David Krejci was forced to miss 20 of the first 31 games because of an injury. Even though Eriksson has played well in the limited time he’s skated alongside Krejci and Milan Lucic since joining the Bruins before the 2013-14 campaign, the best place for him is with Carl Soderberg and Chris Kelly on the third line. Soderberg and Kelly have been Eriksson’s linemates for most of the season, and it’s obvious that they have developed impressive chemistry, specifically Soderberg and Eriksson. As

All eyes will be on David Ortiz and Chris Archer during Friday night’s matchup between the Boston Red Sox and Tampa Bay Rays in Florida. The Red Sox slugger and Rays starter had themselves a little back-and-forth after their last meeting, when Archer didn’t appreciate the length of Ortiz’s trot after he hit a three-run homer off him. So will they bring the gloves out during this latest series? Check out Don Orsillo and Jerry Remy’s take in the video above. Next Article >> Jerry Remy On Koji Uehara:...

Chris Sharma: The Legacy Continues

Chris Sharma's meteoric climbing career started when he won the Bouldering Nationals at age 14 and opened the hardest climb in America (at the time, 5.14c) a year later. In the decade that followed, Chris has continued to take climbing to a new level. Not only has he consistently shattered previous conceptions of difficulty, he was recently voted 8a Climber of the Decade. He has sent multiple 5.15 routes, bouldered V15, onsighted 5.14b, and established deep water solo routes at the highest grades. Chris holds claim to the current hardest route in America, and perhaps the world, with his ascent of Jumbo Love at Clark Mountain in California. Chris has a lot on his plate this year with a new
