Washington Redskins cornerback Josh Norman was paid a whole bunch of money this offseason to be The Man in the Redskins secondary. Monday night, he was the man getting in fights and watching an All-Pro wide receiver burn somebody else. That’s Redskins safety David Bruton Jr. who is being pushed away from Norman in the video above. Monday was Norman’s first game in a Redskins uniform after spending the first several years of his career with the Carolina Panthers. The Carolina Panthers rescinded their franchise tag on Josh Norman on Wednesday, making the star cornerback an unrestricted free agent. Because we’re already more than a month into free agency, many teams have already spent their money and don’t have the means to make a play for Norman. Josh Reddick’s Two-Run Home Run Propels Red Sox to Series-Opening Win in Seattle
Josh Reddick has come back to Earth some since his hot start after being called up earlier this season. That's to be expected as the young outfielder got more at-bats and thus, gave pitchers around the league more information on him. That said, the right fielder came up big again on Friday night for the Sox when he cleaned out an offering from Mariners pitcher Blake Beavan for a two-run home run.
