Before his collarbone break in Assen in 2013, Lorenzo looked on top form as he sought to defend his second crown. Then came the Dutch GP and a wet practice crash, then the incredible display of determination that followed as the Mallorcan raced with the recently operated-on injury. Later in the season, as then-new kid on the block Marquez gained traction, Lorenzo was fighting back to full fitness as the paddock headed for the UK, and the ensuing duel didn't disappoint. After all-out war for pole position that saw the duo dip closer and closer to the possibility of a first 1:59 lap of Silverstone, won by Marquez, the race that followed was a modern classic - the two title

Aegerter injured whilst training
Fred Corminboeuf, Team Principal: "Domi went directly to hospital. An X-Ray seems to show two torn ligaments in his shoulder and a small fracture in a small bone on the upper part of the body. He is also feeling pain in one side of his body. An operation will not be necessary, however, I fear that he will not be able to race in ten days in Silverstone, the next Grand Prix." Source link

Anyway, I’m happy because if you see the classification of those who had soft tyres, we are third, and furthermore we could make very good steps forward.” Source link

Lorenzo, who was at one stage out of the points-scoring positions, also started to see his laptimes drop dramatically as the rear tyre choice began to pay off, and moved back up into the top ten on an

Pablo Nieto, Team Manager: "We are very proud to announce that in 2017 we will have 4 young Italian talents on the track. We will continue in Moto3 with two KTM machines, and we will redouble our efforts – in the intermediate category of the world championship. The line up of the Moto2 team will be completed later, but we are happy to have Francesco Bagnaia back with us once again. After the interruption of the relationship between the team and Romano Fenati, we have decided to continue with our initial project of two Moto2 machines in the intermediate class. We will take a few weeks to decide who will join Bagnaia in this new challenge. We’re motivated to accompany
